Melvin Wayne Gouldsby, Jr., pled guilty before the trial court, without a plea agreement, to two counts of possession of controlled substances, four grams or more but less than 200 grams of cocaine, and four grams or more but less than 400 grams of 3,4 methylenedioxy methamphetamine, alleged to be offenses arising out of the same criminal episode. Punishment was assessed on each count at twelve years imprisonment, and the sentences were ordered to run concurrently. Gouldsby appeals, alleging, in a single point of error, that the trial court erred in overruling his motion to suppress evidence. We affirm.
